Mixed and mastered by Kofi Temeng.

Albufera de Alquitrán

The song Albufera de Alquitrán was inspired by an event that occurred in July of 2024 in the shores of El Saler (Valencia, Spain), where gallons of tar were found, threatening the biodiversity of the Albufera, a very rich natural park in Valencia. The song reflects on human's absurd insistence in putting in danger our own species and all the others with our reckless behavior. "We can only wait / We can only hope / That our home will matter to us once more". Released in July 16th, 2025 on all streaming platforms.

Music, lyrics, arrangement, recording engineer, video, edit, trumpet and voice by David Tárrega.

To Make Me Feel

To Make Me Feel is about finding hope in the moments when we struggle the most. It’s a call to look at the reasons to keep going and a prayer to be strong enough when conflict arises, especially as creators. Mixing musical theater with latin beats and a classical romantic sound, the song combines more than thirty tracks of mostly acoustic instruments and a choir recorded by Berklee Valencia musicians. Video filmed and edited by Izabella Martinez, music mixed and mastered by Marcos Cantu and Gustavo Fuentes, composed and directed by David Tárrega.

Released in December 2024 on all streaming platforms.
